Western Boxing

Western Boxing, sometimes referred to as English boxing or pugilism, is a combat sport in which two participants fight each other with their fists. Boxing is an essential component of a martial artist’s arsenal as most encounters usually involve hand strikes. Aside from the usage of offensive hand strikes along with defense and countering, Western Boxing incorporates the most efficient and agile footwork out of all the martial arts. Boxing trains the fighter proper mobility to evade and avoid your opponent’s strikes, but also places the fighter in an advantageous position to mount an offensive attack.
